BSL Curriculum

Mildmay Primary BSL Curriculum

In September 2023 we launched our own BSL curriculum designed to meet communication needs within our school and support the whole school community to learn BSL from the start and throughout their time at Mildmay Primary School.

Already in its third year, the curriculum will grow year on year to create a seven-year progressive programme from reception to year six.

We have also created an Early Years curriculum specifically for use within Little Robins Nursery to support our youngest learners to learn BSL.

The videos also allow facial expression and body language to be modelled as well.
