George's fundraiser for Macmillan

George came home from school last week with his idea of hiking up Snowdon and raising funds for Macmillan. On Saturday a hotel was booked. On Monday a just-giving page was set up and on Thursday George and his family completed the challenge in truly adverse weather conditions (Gale force winds!). It certainly was a challenge. George's idea and effort had a target to raise £200 but has resulted in nearly £6000 raised. WOW!
